      Great environment to work and great people. I enjoy coming to work. People are empowered to help the company grow. The CEO, Nelson Haws, has a true vision and cares about his employees.

      Cons

      Like all rapidly growing companies, there can be growing pains. Many employees wear a lot of hats, which is not for everyone.
