Pros

*Opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in a diverse array of industries. You'll get a breadth of experience in leadership, internal communication, media relations, planning, strategic writing, crisis communication and comprehensive communications management that you just won't find at a large PR firm. *Senior staff are smart, strategic and savvy. They have extremely high expectations of themselves and of others, which has created a culture of excellence and high-quality work. *Lots of opportunities for career advancement. RP rewards high-performers - in terms of leadership opportunities, promotion opportunities and compensation increases. *Above-average compensation and benefits packages. *Opportunities for bonuses based on individual and firm performance. *Senior staff really care about developing the careers of junior and mid-level staff, and they take the time to look comprehensively at how they can help improve individuals' skill sets and provide leadership opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth. *Summer hours - need I say more?

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a con, but like any PR job at a high-powered firm in a large city serving top-tier clients, long hours and travel are sometimes required.

Pros

Overall great place to work, especially if you enjoy agency life. The variety of clients we work with make it possible to learn something new nearly every day. There are ample opportunities for growth and the team really cares about each other. -Team is flexible and communicates well. -Leadership cares about your wellbeing and professional development. -Team is not overly competitive. We elevate each other, and by doing so, elevate the company and ourselves. -Team likes to have fun outside of office hours. -Informal cross-training between the creative team and the PR team (If you ask). -Hybrid work model (WFH + in-office) -Flexible hours -Summer hours

Cons

-May work late some days. -May work on weekends sometimes (very rare, but possible)

Pros

Fast growing, highly-entrepreneurial agency that values and recognizes accountability and excellence. Recent acquisitions and senior-level hires have deepened the firm's capabilities to include all facets of corporate and consumer public relations, marketing, social/digital and design and more. Great mix of ongoing clients, along with interesting project work. Regardless of where you are in your career, you will leave Reputation Partners a smarter, more well-rounded marketing/communications professional. Excellent benefits and work-life balance. Leadership is invested in career path development and has open dialogue with all team members regarding career goals, paths to promotion and up-skilling.

Cons

Very lean team, so everyone wears a lot of different hats (particularly at senior levels). Generalists, independent thinkers, strong writers and the client-service obsessed will thrive here. People who are used to being a "cog in the wheel" at a big agency working on one account will not do well here. The firm has experienced considerable growth over the past two years and leadership has been working hard to invest and improve upon its operations, finance, IT and HR infrastructure to keep pace with growth.
