Management is open to and will implement ideas given by employees. They are also willing to provide training if an employee isn’t familiar with the task to be completed.
Cons
They are outdated in current day. They have paper files everywhere... the file and/or paperwork could be anywhere in the office. They have a Receptionist on-staff that doesn’t answer the phone most times. Family works with family, which appears to be favored more highly than being an employee off the street.
