Pros

Repurpose is a great place to work. The work is entrepreneurial and interesting and the team is supportive. The company is growing quickly. There's a lot of opportunity to do great work without bureaucracy. It's a start-up so it's definitely for people who just figure it out when needed, but that quality doesn't seem to inhibit what the company is able to do. Work-life is also fairly flexible. People come and go as they need to and working from home is an option. Vacation is unlimited. Parent-friendly and diverse. Great Arts District location.

Cons

A bit of pressure -- there's a lot to do as a company, but really it's all good pressure. None of it comes from navigating difficult personalities or because anyone isn't carrying their weight.

Pros

Everyone locks arms to get things done at Repurpose. There's a big belief in work-life balance so we work hard but no one's working beyond pretty normal business hours. Love the mission too.

Cons

It is fully remote so that has its pros and cons.

Pros

Repurpose is a mission-driven company that brings together motivated people with an affinity for the environment With the team being so small, there are many opportunities to work with and learn from other departments. The executive team and department directors are only a few footsteps away and interested in being as supportive as possible. For them, no question is too small and they all make it known that they are here to help. The office is located at LACI downtown, a hub for green companies, which in itself offers many networking and learning opportunities for its residents. My favorite things about working at Repurpose are: The driven people The inclusive culture The opportunity for growth and education within the industry

Cons

The commute can be a bit much dealing with DTLA traffic if you are coming from farther out.
