The employees want to give their all and have the company succeed.
Cons
Leadership only pays lip service to issues and isn't knowledgeable about payroll so they come up with ideas that aren't legal then make staff prove that they are wrong. Once proven, no apology or acknowledgement, just move on to the next hairbrained idea. Time wasted working on research that doesn't go anywhere and trying to educate leaders. Even when talking with senior leadership, they are more focused on someone who has experience with leadership than someone who understands the division they are overseeing. When working 12-14 hour days for weeks at year end, instead of staffing or helping, they just suggested working additional hours.
