Pros

Good insurance and benefit plan.

Cons

Billing questions over and over and over again. Upset customers. No time to be pro active. React react react. Hundreds of calls and emails during first week of billing cycle. Rates all over the board. Price increases until customer complains then save them. No reward for customer loyalty.

Pros

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.

Cons

I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.
