Management sucks - Valet Attendant Republic Parking System Employee Review

Pay is bad, manager never works but never wants to give employees time off even though they're on "vacation" every other week. It's incredibly unprofessional how customers are handled and how we're directed via the horrible manager to handle them. everything is broken and has been for months, new systems are thrown at us with no direction or explanation on how they work and we're expected to just figure it out. Customers are dissatisfied, employees are dissatisfied, this whole operation is just a joke.
