Flat hierarchy, no micromanagement, flexible hours/projects

Regularly a few days late on payments

Worst working environment imaginable. Mr Lavatory was a complete control freak, no respect for any staff, disrespectful, controlling, lacked any interest in development of staff, weak company values. Other managers watched him abuse manager after manager and so are complicit in nasty culture that can only exist in small companies like this with no real future or growth. High turnover is a direct impact of Lavatory's inflexible approach (his way or no way), complete disregard for diversity and complete lack of any emotional intelligence.
