Pros
I work with some great flight attendants and pilots, and most of them love what they do. I love being a flight attendant and the travel benefits with RAH are pretty good.
Cons
Top management does not care about their employees. They over work and under pay their pilots, flight attendants, crew scheduling, human resources, etc. The middle managers are petty, vindictive, back-stabbing, dishonest people.
