I wish there was a-lot of pros i could say but there isn’t. There’s Flight benefits on 3 codeshares & Cool big city bases. That’s it lol

If you can go mainline pls avoid. Terrible pay Crappy layovers. Not long enough to explore plus your doing 4 flights a day your too exhausted to do anything besides sleep Your treated like a number even though there’s not even enough people in the company for that smh Reserve is terrible, like sit around doing nothing terrible Then if you do get called. It’s probably just going to be a quick turn that a line holder didn’t want to work because she wants to commute home or breastfeed her kid Then my favorite the pay is ghastly terrible. Especially on reserve as your sitting doing nothing & don’t let them lie & say you’ll get a line quick in a few months. Nope even in a junior base it’ll be a year or 2.
