      Pros

      Initially I had an issue with them but now I have to say that they have learned from the lessons of getting rid of good Frontier employees and now understand the value of all.....they have seen the light!

      Cons

      VERY top heavy, never promotions unless you are personal friends with an executive

      Pros

      Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

      Cons

      Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
