"They bring people from Madrid to tell US how to so our job, despite their methods frequently being outdated and ineffective" "If your are not from Spain then you wont have a chance for a career projection. Those upper/middle management jobs are reserved for Spaniards wanting to work in a foreign subsidiary to pad their own resume for advancement at home. Some of the legacy employees are incompetent and the toxic workplace allows them to continually gossip and undermine your career advancement as well.
