      Cons

      Rather a lot of cons, starts at the top with incompetent senior management, competence and good skills are not required for staff progression, honesty will get you laid off,

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
