Cons
Most toxic work environment you could work at due to management. They will never put their employees first regardless of how late you work, how early you come in, how many years you have dedicated, any milestones you have achieved, and how valuable you are. There’s no such thing as HR management, and they’ll violate your privacy by stalking you by looking at where you are going after you leave. Racial and cultural comments made by individuals in management will get swept under the rug and it will never get better. The grass will ALWAYS be greener on the other side of RPSD. You’ll leave with workplace PTSD if you work here.
