IPG policy - benefits all pretty good for agency Media agency pays better than other agencies in the industry
Cons
Messy, constant change in leadership SG merger, don't know what's happening Progress only for certain teams, quite unfair when they promote others because of "necessity" due to the team all leaving. But for those teams with lower turnover rate, they don't get promotions
