Every year the HR department receives anonymous feedbacks from the Reply Employee Survey: all the results are shared with the single companies to shape a dedicated programme of improvements and providing support in people management when needed.
To leverage on individual talent is part of the Reply key values, together with ollaboration, teamwork and knowledge sharing. All the Replyers are responsible of their own career path, leveraging on the continuos challenges and projects we develop with our customers.
