Pros
One of the best companies I have worked for so far. Every single department and Managers were so supportive and so kind to any questions you have, so it truly seems we are all working hard for the same goal. A lot of social activities are scheduled and everything is well thought out. Most of the managers are very experienced so if there are any issues it gets sorted quickly. The team is continuing to expand.
Cons
No issues with Replimune as a whole. It’s honestly a great company to work for. But, they should aim to hire more professional people who focus on the work rather than indulge in false rumours and gossip like a child. This will help preserve the great culture it has.
