      Pros

      Friendly and extremely well-coming environment. When I joined the organisation I had recently graduated from university. I have gained a great deal of experience and I also have been presented with brilliant opportunities. It is truly a pleasure to work for Rephine.

      Pros

      Sales team are friendly and some are supportive. Multi cultural workforce.

      Cons

      VP of Commercial has no sales skills and is protected by the business. A new CEO, CGO and various changes in the sales team, but he stays. Help is only offered if you ask certain employees and there is no KPIs. The company have also been known to not pay staff correctly. Lack of progression opportunities - company is a stepping stone.
