Pros

Fully remote options available for almost every position.

Cons

Communication blackouts, no interest in developing processes or basic systems, acquisition spree through 2023/2024 lead to everyone either being over worked or left on an island by themselves. Prior to layoffs, there was months long periods where other departments would be told not to interact with the people being laid off. This lead to massive frustration and wasted effort/time. Also meant that customer facing positions were left to flounder while getting no support from their own internal teams.

Pros

The company is new, having launched this year (2023). So far, they have proven to be focused on making sure that we know that we are valued and are treated with respect. I am very thankful to be a part of the organization.

Cons

Being a new company, there are some growing pains, but the team works hard to address those issues quickly.
