Boss lady rocks! I enjoy the people I work with daily. It's a nice family feel. Great company and group of people to work for. The techs are nice as well.

Pay was decent for office and techs

Female owner is distrusting and degrading to her employees. Its a toxic and stressful environment where you are meant to work extraneously fast and make no mistakes. Stay away! I will admit i was pretty desperate to take a job when i took this one cause the statement "you don't really work here till you are screamed at by Anna" should have been a clue in my interview. Anna is the female half of the husband wife ownership of the team. Everyone in the office is stressed out living in constant fear that Anna was going to flip out about some small detail. She was micromanaging, demeaning and insulting and insulting toward her staff. She wants things done a particular way but can't tell you exactly what that way is. The culture in the office is toxic because of this.
