Pros

Worked there for 3 years. Solid raises every year and was promoted once as company continued to grow. Owners communicated directly with staff every 4 months or so, and took questions from everyone. Snacks in break area. Massage chairs. Huge employee gym. Only left because I moved.

Cons

Some people were career driven, but there seemed to be 10-20% of people who were a drag. Management could do better to hold people accountable. Leadership (managers/directors) being hands on and helping those who need it.

If you connect, there's a good community here. Customer service wasn't for me.

Management while I was there did not set realistic metrics or expectations.
