The leadership team is so committed to promoting an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging environment to work in, and they never hesitate to help you when needed or answer any questions you have. The team here is one that works well together and likes to have fun and grow alongside one another. I am so grateful to this team for making my time at Rentgrata one that was both personally and professionally fulfilling. Keep up the great work!

With the team being remote and spread across the country, I would have loved more opportunities to get together in person. However, Rentgrata has made great strides in working to make the team feel connected with one another (company retreat, virtual happy hours, virtual coffee chats).
