Pros

The people are fantastic to work with! Everyone was friendly and very easy to talk to. Dom, Mitch, & Jeremy are very approachable people. There was a large, open work space, with lots of places to sit and different things to do. We always had snacks and beverages available. Vacation time was very flexible - basically, take it when you need it. Weekly pay days were great! The growth potential in this company is great. If you're interested in something, it's easy to transition into it.

Cons

For a small company, it was hard to keep the work/life balance, because it was so easy to be friends with my coworkers. Management wasn't really "management," just other colleagues - this didn't really work for me, but some may thrive in this type of work environment. The pay was SO LOW; if you didn't make any commission you wouldn't be able to live on your salary. No flexibility with work hours. If you didn't work past the normal 8-5, you weren't considered "serious" about your job. No availability to work from home, even though the entire business is accessible via a computer/internet.

Pros

-- Incredible team of people to work with. Everyone is friendly, ambitious and pushes you to do your best. -- Management is focused and inspiring. My immediate boss helped me grow in my role tremendously and made sure to communicate with me clearly and frequently. -- Freedom and flexibility are fantastic here. You're expected to work hard, but your ideas are meaningful. If you have a new idea you will almost certainly be able to implement it and take ownership over the project.

Cons

-- As a startup, it's sometimes difficult to implement new projects when there isn't as much infrastructure in place. Still, the people here and their work ethic more than make up for this. They'll help you troubleshoot any problems that arise as long as you communicate with them.
