Pros
Great schedule and company culture. Since it’s a family owned and operated company, they make you feel like you’re a part of the family. Very accommodating and supportive management. Rennia is always asking for employee feedback in order to constantly improve. Good equipment. Great maintenance department. If they can’t fix it, no one can! Rennia pays for flying during time off and Days off are protected.
Cons
The biggest con is to see the employees that are terminated for cause/ inability to do their job, bad mouthing the company and it’s reputation. After being here for 4 years, I can say that everyone that has left on good terms has nothing bad to say about Rennia Aviation.
