      Entrants is a great software utilized by company.

      Cons

      Owner is micro manager and blames turnover on every one other than himself. He promotes anyone without merit and then demoted or fired them. He is all over the place. Whereyoumatter is a lie.

      Pros

      They believe in people, and support their employees in all aspects. Health and wellness, mental health and spiritual as well.

      Cons

      They sometimes give too much grace to an employee who is not a good teammate or not doing their job. Allows for disfunction in the team and overall hostile environment.
