Less face-to-face interaction – Working from home can sometimes feel isolating compared to being in an office environment with regular team contact however this worked for me as it gave me more time at home for family life.
Need for strong self-discipline – Home-based roles require good time management and personal organisation to stay productive without the structure of an office environment. This is sometime I had to develop.
