False Promises - Inside Sales Representative Rencor Controls, Inc. Employee Review

Made promises at time of hire that were not kept. Never acknowledged for what tasks were accomplished. Always criticized for the one task not done that was currently being worked on. No future/room to grow. Dogs/pets were main priority. Everything about this place is unprofessional. For a small number of employees, a lot of chatter/gossip/backstabbing. Been through 30+ employees in the office. I now see why.
