Pros

The work environment is very dynamic and transversal, you can get in touch with different areas and projects. The company fosters the work across different teams, countries, and regions. The activities are very well structure and defined.

Cons

It takes too much time to move from one area to other, specially if you work in engineering or purchase department, at least 4-5 years to move. They are not so efficient to your career needs at the right time, what makes you need to wait too long to move in the direction you want. There are many hierarchical levels, and most of the times the n+1 are not prepared to cope with HR management issues, because of their technical background.

Pros

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

Cons

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
