      Good salary, difficult, challenging but great work experience, career opportunities, fast growth, good food for lunch, good fringe benefits, travel opportunities.

      Cons

      The management team is aggressive and sometimes not fair. The workload can be too much and take from your personal time. benefits decrease as projects end.
