We are using a very modern tech stack. The engineering culture prioritizes code quality over "quick fixes." Remote work setup is genuine, not just a buzzword.
Cons
We move very fast, so documentation sometimes lags behind the code deployment. You have to be a self-starter.

Thank you for this fantastic review! We're proud that our modern tech stack and commitment to code quality resonate with our engineering team. Building a genuine remote-first culture — not just a label — is something we care deeply about, and it's great to hear that comes through in your experience. Your feedback on documentation keeping pace with our speed of development is valuable, and we're actively investing in improving that. Thanks for contributing to our engineering excellence from Germany!
I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.
Cons
It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
