      Great products! Nice co-workers. Good location

      Cons

      COO discriminates against minorities and sexual orientation. He will only hire you if you sleep with him. This has happened with 3 co-workers. I was fired when I took my boyfriend ( yes I am gay ) to a company function. I am in litigation now and can not comment more.

      This review is completely inaccurate and I am appalled that Glass Door would allow something like this to be posted. This review came on the same day as a very derogatory email came to me from a candidate who was not hired at our company. This is his way of trying to get back at our Company for not hiring him. We in no way discriminate against minorities or sexual orientation.

      Pros

      The people that work at ROS are great and are really trying to work together to make great products. There is very little stress and allows for a great work/life balance. Employees rarely are expected to work more than 40 hour weeks. The company is really trying to innovate and everyone is involved. It is a fun environment to be a part of.

      It is a small company so there are small company office politics.

      Lots of time to study to myself

      Cons

      They will hire you and lay you off 3 months later because they didn't expect the senior engineers to pull away from current projects and because "You aren't growing here." If I was a new college graduate I would choose somewhere else to start.
