Pros
The role had potential on paper.
Cons
Don't work here. There are several HR companies doing better.
They requested reviews in advance to proceed with hiring.
No onboarding from client, no tools, no ICP, no approved scripts. I built the entire sales process from scratch using my own resources while being expected to hit aggressive KPIs from day one. The scope expanded weekly, from SDR work to content creation, AI system management, and cold calling in a specialized niche, without any adjustment to compensation or support.
The micromanagement was exhausting: 3AM messages, weekend assignments, unstructured 90-minute meetings with no agenda. When I delivered and documented my work and invoiced accordingly, the owner disputed the hours and withheld payment without a contractual basis to do so.
From the agency: The offer was communicated via WhatsApp with no signed employment agreement and no candidate protection policy. The onboarding call confirmed in their own welcome email never happened, the client didn't schedule it, and Remote Latinos accepted that without consequence. When I raised the scope issues, the harassment outside contracted hours, and the withheld payment, I brought full documentation to Remote Latinos. They acknowledged the problems. And then they closed the case in the client's favor anyway without any accountability of the invested time and delivered work.
