The sales and marketing leadership is significantly lacking. The company let go of their CRO and CMO, and didn't bother to replace either.
Instead, the co-founder is moonlighting as CRO, despite clearly not being a good fit for the role.
It's sad to see a company that could be so much more successful, squander such a huge opportunity. The marketing is non-existent in the US, with a very low flow of inbound leads. The quotas are mostly unattainable, with about a 20% attainment rate in the US as well.
Seems like this company decided that the European market is the only one they care about, and have missed out on a significant opportunity in the US.
