Pros
* The work is remote and that is awesome! Working hours are very flexible and you can work from home or even from any other remote location you like. * The onboarding experience is great, there is extremely structured material and guides for the first week(s) and every single person is incredibly helpful and kind. * I have never worked at a company with such detailed documentation. Since work here is async, it must be. And that is a great advantage for developing software (and really for every company).
Cons
If you don't want to work on your own a lot and you want to go to an office and have very structured work hours or you want to have someone tell you what to do all the time, Remote might not be your cup of tea.
