Pros
Unlimited PTOs and flexible working hours: there are really no regulations or pressure when you are taking a time off. The company recommends you to take enough time off and manage your own working schedule. If there are meetings outside of working hours, it is up to you to join and manage your next day more flexible :) Transparency and Kindness are one of the verticals of company core values! You don't need to think about hierarchy or tenuity before speaking up. When you have a questions or concerns, everyone will be your listeners and helpers.
Cons
If the country you join doesn't yet have the legal entity at Remote, you will be hired as contractor. You still have all the benefits like full timers, but the government benefit like national health insurance, pension or taking a loan from a bank may be tricky while you are fully onboarded as a full timer in the future
