3wThank you for sharing this. We're glad the commission structure and the tools available to you have been highlights — we invest in both because we want our sales team set up to succeed. At the same time, we hear you on the pressure that comes with daily targets, and "extreme" is not a word we want associated with how our team feels day to day. That's worth us reflecting on seriously. We'd encourage you to raise this with your manager or through our internal channels — your experience matters, and we want to make sure it's sustainable.
