Great atmosphere. The owner really takes the time to train everyone. Good energy and music.

Newer mfg company. Workplace culture sometimes felt divided, with certain groups appearing favored over others. As a Black employee, I occasionally felt hesitant to ask questions or speak up because the environment did not always feel fully welcoming. There was also noticeable favoritism and frequent micromanagement, at times from very young supervisors who seemed to have limited leadership experience.
