      Great benefits that were very affordable

      Cons

      The leadership makes poor decisions. Allow people to be in leadership who should not be. It is all about who you know there. They will look past anything. It is shocking.

      They have good benefits, laid back culture, room to grow, stable company that is growing!

      Cons

      A summer busy season means some departments get very busy. This could be pro or con depending if you like overtime. Overtime is mandatory in some roles for office but not others.
