      Pros

      Young, energetic and supportive environment. Flexible working hours available if you are a mother or uni student.

      Cons

      Constantly changing client contracts which the company have been often unprepared to offer the appropriate support and resources to staff. Improvement in this area is currently being seen as a plus. Not much room for career advancement

      Pros

      My team leader was very supportive, the team in general were great and very diverse

      Cons

      Constant monitoring (big brother), high pressure (KPIs), clunky & antiquated system that barely functions, no flexibility, not the best pay for the amount of stress involved
