Pros
The benefits were paid for by Reltio Co-workers were nice Customers were interesting Not pressured to work extra hours or weekends
Cons
Chaotic environment built on shifting sands. Caught in a downward spiral on multiple fronts: - releases are half-baked, resulting in significant problems, which strain tech support, and complex issues and fixes are funneled back to engineering, which takes time away from them working on the next release, which leads right back to releases that are half-baked. - unnerving as a customer facing employee - we could see the technical deficit and it felt disingenuous knowing these customers were relying on the product to work correctly at key moments (or all moments) for their business - management talks a good game but cannot be trusted. Financials were regularly shared in all hands mtgs, and their last fundraising round was at the end of 2021. Layoffs were done suddenly and after rapid hiring. Layoffs were handled poorly: one week's notice and one month's severance. Notified the week after Thanksgiving - best time of the year to start a job search. The reference to the credo in an earlier review by the company was disgusting.
