Pros
The work environment is excellent, with no pressure. You have time to focus on skill development. All colleagues are very cooperative, and the management, especially the CTO, is also very supportive. All facilities are well-maintained, and the work culture is great. There is a perfect work-life balance. While punctuality is important, the schedule is flexible. Learning opportunities are good, allowing you to enhance your skills, and overall, most things are positive
Cons
The main downside is the slow progress. Appraisals are not very good, and many people do not receive them. It seems that only those who are visible, rather than those who are actually working hard, are getting appraisals. People who consistently do their tasks as individuals are not appreciated, while those who just play around with emails are the ones getting attention. In the end, appraisals are not as good as expected in general
