Pros
The team at Reliance knows the learning curve is steep, but honest effort is met with patience and support. New features and improvements are added weekly, but they eat the apple one bite at a time, so you're not crunching code 60hrs a week because, as the business has grown, management has grown the team to support it instead of piling more work on top of the team that's already there. Getting to work with a cracker-jack group of Devs on projects for some of the largest realty companies out there means you're not punching a clock every day just for a check (the salary and benefits are fantastic though) but you're constantly learning something new, growing your skills, and making something thousands of people interact with every day.
Cons
Be ready to struggle for a while learning the product. There are a number of applications with some legacy code to get used to as well as a decent amount of realty jargon to absorb. Once that stops confusing the heck out of you, and you know where things are in the database, you're good to go.
