Great culture, good work like balance, great people to work with

Work load can be overwhelming

Great teammates, easy (monotonous) work, supervisors care about their employees.

Low pay compared to competitors and no option to get more outside of a yearly merit raise. Management is incredibly detached from the lower-level staff and expects more out of us than most people should have to give.
