Pros

I have been a part of the Reliable Technology family for over a year now, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I have never been a part of a company like Reliable that cares so deeply about its team and its success. The leadership team prioritizes open communication, creating an environment where diverse perspectives are celebrated. Another thing I really am grateful for is that Reliable provides ample resources for continuous learning and growth. Especially in the IT world, it helps so much when you know you have the tools you need to grow and achieve your technology goals. Team building activities are not just events but an integral part of our work culture. These activities go beyond the ordinary, creating memorable experiences that strengthen our bonds. Whether it’s a retreat, a team-building workshop, or a simple lunch outing, these events contribute to building a positive and cohesive team spirit. I am proud to be part of this organization and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Cons

No cons at all! I love this company and our team!

Pros

My coworkers were an amazing group of people. I respect each of them and they are all uniquely impressive at their respective jobs.

Cons

Low pay No benefits Promises get made by management and there is no follow through. Even if you have a contractual agreement, you will have to fight for it to be followed. The employees are played against each other (ex “I trust you to be my eyes and ears”) The final straw for me was when I was kept after a team meeting and my character was attacked. If this company was large enough for an actual HR team, there would be issues.
