Upper management very disconnected from the needs of employees and middle management. Patient care, service suffers at the expense of cutting corners. Metrics are imposed haphazardly and arbitrarily, and used to reduce wage increases almost exclusively. Company does not live up to the stated values of patient care and cost containment. Regularly skirt regulatory guidelines and cut corners. Most of the clinical team and middle management mean well but are pressured to meet unrealistic standards by upper management that is solely concerned with bottom line.
