My experience working at Relay was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. During the interview process, everyone came across as welcoming, warm, and collaborative, but that impression changed almost immediately after I started. I received virtually no onboarding or training and was met with impatience rather than support from colleagues. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. Accepting this position was the biggest professional regret I've had.
