Pros

Used to be okay now rubbish

Cons

You get paid per drop only, no hourly rates whatsoever, they will say you will complete your route within an hour or 2, you get paid £19.50 for 2 hrs work, those 2hrs work will have anywhere between 15-20 drops. Mostly local but as mentioned works out at times 80p a drop, no hourly rate. Plus you pay £4 daily insurance, fuel costs you probably only earn like £5 per hour after all that. Before their was available shifts now its rare, not enough work cant rely on it, terrible now.

Pros

- True Ownership: Given the opportunity early on to have a real say in how the business operates and evolves - Actually Data-Driven: The data team is central to many of the company’s biggest decisions, with real influence across the business - Fast Growth: Strong growth trajectory for both the company and the individuals within it - Opportunity to Learn: The pace of learning is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere in my career. Analysts get exposure to complex operational problems and are trusted to drive meaningful change - Great People: Highly motivated, collaborative colleagues who genuinely care about the work and the impact they’re having

Cons

- Changing Priorities: Priorities can shift fast as the business evolves, which comes with the territory of a high-growth startup but won’t suit everyone - Not Everything Is Polished: Speed is valued highly here, which creates a lot of momentum but also means some systems and processes are still maturing

Pros

Having a great time working at this company, mostly due to the growth mindset instilled into us. If we can find a solution in any part of the business we can reach out to those involved and help fix it. Everyone is on board with the mission and every day brings new and exciting challenges. There are SO many office perks such as a cycle-to-work scheme, free office lunch on Fridays, the highest level of Bupa medical coverage and sports clubs that are expensed. The offices we're at have very helpful concierge who keep the snacks stocked and always greet us with a smile. Regarding professional development, as the company is quickly growing if you show your talents and work hard you will be compensated.

Cons

Only gripe is that we are growing quickly and have moved offices three times in the past two years, Inevitably that comes with growing pains but they have always been with serviced offices with plenty of events on throughout the month.
