Pros

For engineers, this is one of the best places to work. Cutting edge technology, with broad ambitions for changing how humanity can exist on a multi-planetary level

Cons

Not enough focus on the employee experience, development, and diversity. Detached upper level management. Non Engineering/support teams get little to no support, acknowledgement, or seats. Little transparency around important data points critical to the business. Indecision that leads to rampant whiplash on direction. Sizable amount of employees with a preference for small company thinking under the guise of "scrappy".

I appreciate the time you took to give feedback about our workplace culture and areas of opportunity. We agree that Relativity is developing cutting edge technology and cares deeply about our mission to better humanity. As we continue to work towards this mission, we understand the importance of providing a nurturing environment for the people who work with us. We are actively creating a more frequent cadence for All-Hands meetings where our leadership team will continue to share important data, business strategy and responses to feedback we receive in our ongoing surveys. Thank you for what you contributed to Relativity as we continue to build the future of humanity, and we wish you well in your next endeavor.

Pros

Amazing benefits & on-site amenities. Generous PTO, Sick and holiday schedule. Great place to learn and get foot in the door of aerospace. Great hub for young talent industry wide you are given a lot of autonomy of your work day.

Cons

Toxic leadership & senior management. Promotions and raises are not determined by merit, the company allows nepotism which is rampant in every aspect of the company. Would much rather turn a blind eye than address long term issues with a toxic work environment. The minute you stop being a yes man and start challenging the status quo in the name of efficiency, you are targeted by leadership and subsequently pushed out one way or another. You'll be fine if you are personal friends of management.
