So glad I made the decision to join Relativity - Technical Recruiter Relativity Space Employee Review

I joined for 2 main reasons - The technology and culture. Relativity Space is building rockets but also developing the core 3D printed technology to go to Mars and do in-space manufacturing. I cant think of a more innovative mission and I wanted to get behind that ASAP! The culture is amazing - they value employees, have a great benefits package, and promote quickly if you are doing a good job. The work is very interesting and I like the people I work with
