Pros

Convenient shift timings No other pros i can think of

Cons

One of the worst place I ever worked for. I gained no skills and our views will never be valued. We will be treated like a student. The management will not be bothered what happens to you. If we have any issues, it will not be looked upon, as they have their own mindset. I enjoyed working for the company in the beginning, but then things changed. You will be given hopes of growing, trust me you will end up nowhere. When I left the organization, no one was even bothered to even acknowledge the problem i had with the company. The exit interview was pathetic. Irresponsible team leads who give us such pathetic solutions. They can be so annoying and nosey.

Pros

Interesting product, and a lot of untapped potential remains; managers hear you out and usually make your opinions feel respected even if they are ignored. There is a lot of potential for growth and a roster of well known investors looking to make the company a success. The projects feel rewarding given you are enhancing a product used by hundreds of high value clients (especially the one I am working on now).

Cons

Management unsure about which direction to go, almost too casual, cliques from Capital IQ remain. High turnover as well. Certain tech people branding themselves as "genius" is not unheard of, but unjustified as the architecture leaves a lot to be desired.
